ONLINE STREAMING VIDEOS – HOW TO PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP
Click the “JOIN NOW” button of the video title you wish to purchase a membership.
This will take you to the “Checkout” page.
Type in your information… name, address, credit card etc.
Click the “Submit Order” button to process your order.
It’ll take several seconds for your order to be processed.
Keep the browser window open until the “Thank You” page appears.
Read the “Thank You” page.
HOW TO LOGIN AND WATCH THE VIDEOS
Within a few minutes you will receive an email containing your username and password. If it’s not in your “Inbox”, check your “Spam or Junk” folder.
Go to the website, HorseTrainingVideos.com.
Click the “Members Login” link near the top of the page.
Type in your “User Name” and your “Password” (or copy and paste) and then click the “Login” button.
Make sure you don’t add extra spaces before or after your username or password… this is what everybody does and can’t figure out what went wrong!
You will then, automatically be taken to the “Members Area” (notice the “Members Area” link in the navigation bar)
Scroll down and click on the name of the training video course you purchased.
That course’s home page will open and all the video links will be on the left hand side of the page.
If you are on a mobile device, the menu will be at the bottom of the page.
Click on a video link to open the video.
Watch the videos any time you want, as much as you want. Videos will play on any computer, tablet or smart phone.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS OR PASSWORD
It’s easy to change any of your profile information. Simply log in, go to the members area and click on the “MEMBERSHIP DETAILS” link found on the side of the page.
CAN’T LOG IN, FORGOT PASSWORD, RE-SET PASSWORD
If you can’t log in, try re-setting your password. Click the “Members Login” link in the navigation bar and use the “Lost Password” link.
You’ll receive an email to reset your password. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
After doing this, you still can’t log in… your internet browser’s “cache” is the problem. (a browser is, Internet Explorer, FireFox, Safari).
To remedy this, REFRESH your browser.
You may need to clear your browser’s cookies and history and then close the browser.
Reopen the browser and then try logging in again. 9 times out of 10, this will fix the problem.
