Horses Who Wring Their Tail – Causes and Solutions
One of my members asked if I could offer some advice concerning a horse who wrings it’s tail.
In the audio below, I discuss the causes and the cures. I also talk about the very touchy subject of “tail altering”.
Now that you’ve listened to the audio, I want to make something perfectly clear.
I’m not condemning those who choose to alter a show horse’s tail. Training, showing and winning are all a part of the horse business and sometimes people are put in a position which is unpleasant or controversial.
I understand that… so I don’t want to appear to be passing judgement on those folks. Sometimes they gotta do what they gotta do.
This is just my personal opinion concerning a practice which I don’t agree with.
