Can’t see the videos… Videos won’t play… Videos play back choppy.
The videos on this website are compatible with ALL computers, tablets and smart phones. If you are having problems, find solutions below.
For best results, use Google Chrome as your web browser.
If the videos don’t play well in a certain browser, try a DIFFERENT browser. Safari and Chrome are the most popular browsers and work the best.
Be aware, some browsers have a default setting to disable “Flash” from playing. You need to enable Flash. For simple instructions on how to do it, Click here.
How well a video clip plays on your computer, depends on several factors.
#1. Your internet connection speed will determine how fast a video will load and begin to play. The slower the connection, the longer the load time. A slow connection will also cause a video to start and stop or play back in a herky-jerky fashion.
A slow internet connection will also cause the video to appear “grainy” or low quality.
Be aware, your internet connection speed can vary from day to day, minute to minute. A download speed of 4 MBPS is usually sufficient to play most videos smoothly. You can check your connection speed here: SpeedTest.net
You can prevent choppy playback by simply pausing the video and giving it a few minutes to sufficiently load. The blue "progress bar" in the player controls, shows you how much of the video has loaded.
Also, some videos will load faster than other videos. Even ones in the same course.
A tip to get more speed from your internet connection: Un-plug your internet connection to cut off it’s electricity or power source. Wait a few minutes and then plug it back in. This will reboot your internet connection and it will usually be faster for a few hours.
AN ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION to a slow internet connection is to watch the videos on your smart phone.
The videos will load super fast on your phone with a standard 3G connection.
#2. When attempting to play a video, you may get an error message which says, “Video Forbidden” or “access denied” or some other type of error blocking the video from playing. This usually means your Adobe Flash player is out of date. So update your Adobe Flash Player software (its free) but it must be kept up to date. Make sure you are using the latest update of Adobe Flash Player.
Make sure you have the latest version… Download the Adobe Flash Player. It’s free!

#3. If the video stops at a certain point and no matter what you do, it won’t play any further… there’s a good chance your browser’s "cache" is full. Simply clear your browser’s cache. Do a Google search for “How to clear my browser’s cache“. Might be a good idea to clear your browser’s “history” too.
After doing any of the above, I suggest logging out and re-starting your computer. Then log back in.
#4. When all else fails, shut down and then restart your computer. Rebooting will sometimes fix a ton of problems.
After doing the above, and the videos still won’t play, simply Contact Us for help. Just make sure you performed the above solutions first.
